Return Policy

U.S. / Domestic Orders: We prioritize your satisfaction and want you to be happy with your purchase! If something isn’t right, we accept returns and exchanges on items that are unworn, unwashed, and free of blemishes within 60 days of receiving your order.

  • Exchanges: Receive a free return label per item! If the fit or color isn’t quite right, we’ll cover the cost to exchange your item.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus a handling fee for the return label.

Returns and exchanges are typically processed within 2-7 business days after the item is received at our facility.

Important Notes:

  • Exchanges are not guaranteed to hold items while processing. If the requested item becomes out of stock, you will be issued store credit for future purchases.
  • Items must be unwashed, unworn, in their original condition with tags intact, and free of blemishes. Items failing to meet these conditions will not be processed and will be donated.
  • Items not originally sold by our company or not meeting our conditions will be donated without processing.
  • We monitor return and exchange activities and reserve the right to refuse services or impose fees for excessive or abusive behaviors.
  • Non-compliance with our policy will result in rejection of the return or exchange.
  • Refunds do not include original shipping costs.
  • You will receive an email notification once your return or exchange has been processed.

International Orders: For international orders, customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and return shipping fees. Customs fees vary by country and are beyond our control. To process an international return or exchange:

  1. Include the following details inside the return package:
  • Order number
  • Indicate if it’s a return or exchange
  • Specify the item you want in exchange (if applicable)

  2. After shipping the package, email us at support@nyninch.com with your tracking number and order number for record-keeping.

International returns are processed within 2-7 business days from the delivery date.

Additional Guidelines:

  • Items must be unwashed, unworn, with original tags intact, and free of blemishes. Personal items are not eligible for returns.
  • Exchanges are not available for out-of-stock items. If an exchange item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
  • Returns and exchanges failing to meet policy requirements will be rejected.
  • Refunds do not include original shipping charges.
  • You will be notified via email once your return or exchange has been processed.
