- UNITED STATES: Shipping is $6.99 for orders under $75. Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders over $75. Expedited shipping options will be displayed at checkout.
- CANADA: Free standard shipping is available on orders over $200 USD. Expedited shipping options will also be shown at checkout.
- INTERNATIONAL: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order. Currently, we do not offer free shipping for international orders.
Note: Free shipping is applied after discounts and before taxes.
We pride ourselves on fast shipping! 90% of all orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
During peak sale seasons, restocks, or new product launches, shipping may take longer. We appreciate your patience during these times.
For expedited shipping options (Overnight, Second Day, Priority 2-3 Day, DHL Express, UPS Expedited), the cut-off time for same-day shipping is 2 PM ET. Orders placed after this time will ship the following business day. Please note that weekends are not considered working or delivery days.
Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping. Providing incomplete or inaccurate information may cause delays. If an item is out of stock, this may also delay your order, but we will notify you via email or phone about any changes.

Delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen and are estimates, not guarantees. The only guaranteed options are Next Day, Second Day, and Priority 2-3 Day shipping. Customers are entitled to a refund of shipping costs if these methods do not meet their promised delivery times.

If you decide not to accept your package or are dissatisfied with the shipment, you can contact the carrier directly to refuse delivery. Once the package is returned to our facility, we will process a refund for the order.
Note: Shipping fees are not included in the refund when packages are refused.

Return & Exchange Questions
We accept returns and exchanges for items that are unworn, unwashed, and free of blemishes within 60 days of receiving your order. Washed or damaged items are not eligible. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on socks or undergarments.
Returns can be refunded to the original payment method (with a handling fee) or issued as store credit at no cost. If the returned item is not in stock when received, store credit will be provided. Items must be returned in new condition, and we reserve the right to adjust returns that do not meet this standard.
Currently, free return shipping and refunds on customs or duties are not offered for international orders.

Due to the high demand for our popular styles and sizes, items often sell out quickly—sometimes within minutes! While some items are exclusive and won’t be restocked, most of our products are replenished regularly.
To be notified when an item is restocked:

You’ll receive an email notification as soon as the item is back in stock. Act quickly once notified, as there is high demand, and restocked items may sell out again fast.
For most products, we recommend washing in cold water and hang drying to maintain their quality. Avoid using a dryer, as it may shrink or damage the items. Some materials are more prone to shrinking than others. Please note that washed items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
